I have struggled with anxiety for many years now. I wrestled with how to treat it, which unfortunately came out in myself medicating in ways that were NOT helpful. I hesitated with prescription drugs and really hesitated on therapy. Unfortunately, this took me to the end of myself, eventually. I found an awesome therapist in 2019 that worked with me to undo a LOT of harm and baggage I had been carrying around for years. With her help and the help of the Good Lord, I was able to begin the process of piecing back together a wrecked life, rife with anxiety. Sometimes you write about the things you love...sometimes you write about the things you fear. This is for those I love, to help with their fears.
