The Silent Ks have a unique ability to span genres of alt-country, classic rock, and garage rock effortlessly, which is highlighted in live performances. Their electric, on-stage performance is captured in the tracks on this album: gritty, raw, and yes...sometimes a missed note (or two).

Two of the live tracks on this album were recorded with a hand held device in the back of the The High Dive in Seattle- we liked the recordings so much, we thought we'd include them on the release. Other songs were recorded through the board at the Skylark Cafe.
